5、食品流通单位需配备持B类(食品流通)合格证的食品安全管理员;

办理食品流通许可证需具备的条件：
Requirements for food circulation license:
1、食品流通许可证申请的主体想要申请食品经营许可证，就需取得合法的主体资格，比如获得营业执照、法人登记证或社会团体登记证。
1. If the subject of food circulation license wants to apply for food business license, he must obtain legal subject qualification first, such as obtaining business license, legal person registration certificate or social organization registration certificate.
2、食品流通许可具体审查条件，各类食品经营单位的具体审查标准在《深圳市食品经营许可审查标准(试行)》;

3、被吊销经营许可证的食品经营者，连带法定代表人、直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员从处罚决定之日起，5年内不得申请食品经营许可;
3. The food business operator whose business license has been revoked shall not apply for food business license within 5 years from the date of punishment decision, together with the legal representative, the person in charge directly in charge and other persons directly responsible;
4、以虚假材料或隐瞒实情获得食品经营许可的，将在1年内不能申请。被许可人以欺骗、贿赂等不当方式获得许可的，被许可人3年内不能再次申请。
4. Those who obtain food business license with false materials or conceal the truth will not be able to apply within one year. If the licensee obtains the license by cheating, bribery or other improper means, the Licensee shall not apply again within 3 years.
