Consequences of revocation of business license:
1、工商行政管理总局《企业名称登记管理办法》第31条规定，被吊销营业执照的企业名称三年之内不得使用。
1. Article 31 of the Measures for the Registration and Administration of Enterprise Names of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce stipulates that the name of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked shall not be used for three years.
2、《中华人民共和国公司法》第57条规定，担任因违法被吊销营业执照的公司、企业的法定代表人，并对该企业违法行为负有个人责任，自该公司、企业被吊销营业执照之日起未逾三年的，不得担任公司的董事、监事、经理。
2. Article 57 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that a company or an enterprise whose business license has been revoked because of illegality shall not be a director, supervisor or manager of the company if it has not been more than three years since the date of revocation of the business license of the company or enterprise.
3、工商行政管理总局《企业法人的法定代表人登记管理规定》也明文规定：担任因违法被吊销营业执照的企业的法定代表人，并对该企业违法行为负有个人责任，自该企业被吊销营业执照之日起未逾三年的，不得担任其他企业的法定代表人。
3. The Regulations of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on the Registration and Administration of Legal Representatives of Enterprises as Legal Persons also expressly stipulate that the State Administration for Industry and Commerce shall act as the legal representative of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked because of illegality and bear personal responsibility for the illegal activities of the enterprise. If the enterprise has not been revoked its business license for more than three years, it shall not act as the legal representative of any other enterprise.
4、被吊销企业的出资人或有限公司的股东应依法履行组织清算的义务，拒不清算的，要承担由此而产生的法律后果。
4. The investors of the revoked enterprise or the shareholders of the limited company shall fulfill the obligation of organizing liquidation according to law. If they refuse to settle the liquidation, they shall bear the legal consequences arising therefrom.
5、被吊销营业执照的企业，应当将营业执照公章、合同专用章等缴回原登记机关，拒不缴回的，属违反登记管理法规的行为，可以提请当地公安机关协助收缴。利用应收缴的营业执照从事经营活动的，按无照经营论处。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
5. An enterprise whose business license has been revoked shall return the official seal of the business license and the special seal of the contract to the original registration authority. If it refuses to do so, it is an act in violation of the registration management regulations. It may request the local public security organ to assist in the collection. Those who use the business license receivable to engage in business activities shall be treated as unlicensed business operations. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
